  1. Entry to the promotion in Great Britain is subject to submitting a unique code from the top of a Viva Milk pack along with contact details at www.vivamilk.co.uk. In Northern Ireland as well as being able to enter via the website, entries can be submitted without the code by sending name, school, county & email to Viva Milk Daily Shuffle (NI), Pritchitts, Kingfisher House, 21-23 Elmfield Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 1LT England.
  2. For entries from Great Britain there is no limit on the number submitted from any one entrant, as long as they are all unique codes from separate cartons. For Northern Ireland each individual posted entry will be counted as one entry into the free prize draw and again there is no limit on the number of posted entries that can be submitted from an individual entrant, but there can only be one entry per stamped envelope. All entries must be submitted by school pupil's age 12-18 inclusive resident in the UK. Although entries are not restricted only one prize will be given to any individual entrant, so once you have won you will not be able to win again.
  3. The route for entries in Great Britain and entries with a code in Northern Ireland is www.vivamilk.co.uk. The route for no purchase necessary entries in Northern Ireland is Viva Milk Daily Shuffle (NI), Pritchitts, Kingfisher House, 21-23 Elmfield Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 1LT England.
  4. The draw will run every school day (Monday-Friday) from 6th June 2011 - 16th December 2011 (excluding the summer holiday 23rd July 2011 - 4th September 2011 and half term 22-30th October 2011). The winner will be drawn on the following school day i.e. all entries on the 6th June 2011 will be drawn on the 7th June 2011. Entries from one minute past midnight to the following midnight will be taken as entries for that day. The only exception to this will be for entries submitted on a weekend, during half term or school holidays which will be added to the next school day draw. Any entries submitted before 6th June 2011 or after midnight on 16th December 2011will not be counted.
  5. There are 110 x 2GB iPod shuffles (model may vary from that shown) to be given away.One for each school day (Monday-Friday) from 6th June 2011 - 16th December 2011 (excluding summer holiday 23rd July 2011 - 4th September 2011 and half term 22-30th October 2011). They are random colours. Specific colours cannot be requested by winners.
  6. No cash alternative available.
  7. All entries must be from UK (Great Britain & Northern Ireland). All entrants must be pupils aged 12-18 inclusive due to data capture guidelines for under 12's. Employees and their families of Pritchitts or Lakeland Dairy Sales, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
  8. Each draw will be done via random number selection and independently supervised.
  9. Winners will be notified via the school contact details submitted and the iPod will be sent care of their school within 2 weeks. If the winner does not respond with an address within 2 weeks of the email being sent they will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected from that day's entries. The winners will be notified within 5 working days of each draw.

  11. School Bonus - If 50 or more entries from one school are received via this website the school will be contacted within 5 working days of the 50th student entering and £100 in sports equipment vouchers (or cheque if preferred made out to the school) will be sent for the attention of the Head Teacher. Please allow 2 weeks for dispatch.
  12. Winners may be required to take part in any related publicity, subject to parental/guardian's consent.
  13. The promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any lost delayed or damaged entries via the website or postal route. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

  15. Only minimal data has been requested due to the age of the entrants. All data will be kept in line with the data protection act. No personal details will be shared with any other companies other than that running the promotion and entrants will not be contacted with any other information or promotions other than to inform them they have won. The winner's listings on the website will only detail the name of the winner's school in order to protect their privacy.
  16. It is advised that all entrants under 16 gain parental permission before entering this competition.

iPad2 Promotion

NSMW - Prize: The iPad2 (16GB) will be awarded to the school who has the most valid entries from 9am 7th Nov to 4pm 11th Nov 2011. The school will be informed by telephone and the iPad2 sent for the attention of the Head Teacher. The school will be required to participate in PR to the school catering trade.
